Wine

The wine proposed for marketing comes from vineyards situated in a known volcanic area, situated at the confluence of the Eastern European tectonic plates and characterized by particularly favorable climatic conditions with a mineral-rich soil - unique in the south-eastern part of Romania .

The hills are situated at an altitude ranging from 200 to 800 meters. This area has a vast tradition in viticulture, which offers modern and high-quality wines every year.

The viticultural heritage of the wine cellar is made up of indigenous vineyards such as Şarba, Plavaia, Feteasca Regală, Fetească Albă, Fetească Neagră and international ones such as Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling Italico, Muscat Ottonel, Gewurztraminer, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir .

Wine-making equipment is a state-of-the-art model. Processes of maceration and fermentation of wines are made in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature: maturing is done in barrels made of French wood. The entire processing period lasts 2 years.
